The choir effect in Bohemian Rhapsody was created by having May, Mercury, and Taylor sing their vocal parts continually for ten to twelve hours a day, resulting in 180 separate overdubs, which were then combined into successive submixes.
And this was all mixed by hand. |

| Obama smirking the whole time isn't as visually interesting as McCain's impression of a shitty comedian. |

McCain has the worst poker face. Whether he thought he was going to make a good point against Obama, or Obama was saying something he totally had no response to, was written all over his face at any given point.
The highlight of the debate was when they finally tricked McCain into bringing up William Ayers, and Obama just put on this "I'm am the picture of innocence" face the entire time McCain was talking. |

These dbates are such shit. Watch old presidential debates on youtube to see how adults were used to act.
REagan bullshitted a lot, but at least he had to do it competently and smoothly. |

I think any kind of "the past was so much better than the present" attitude is retarded, and you really have to factor in that, as media technology improves, these guys are under more and more pressure to be ON all the time, and that pressure takes a toll on them and makes them way more inclinded to fuck up.
There was no YOUTUBE when Reagan was running. He could do stump speeches and decide whether or not a camera would be there. He could televise major ones and then not televise a speech in some rural area where he might behave in a different manner than if the camera were on. He only had to avoid making an outlandish quote that a journalist could use in his paper covering the speech.
Obama and McCain are both outstanding human beings! Obama was the first black president of Harvard! Come on! Who wouldn't want a guy who was president of Harvard to be president of the United States?
And if you think McCain winning would be the end of the world or something, check out his roast at the Al Smith Dinner. He's a decent guy with good comic timing and a self-deprecating sense of humor. He's taking this whole RUNNING AGAINST THE GUY WHO WILL PROBABLY BE THE FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT thing in far finer stride than most people would have. |

| I don't judge a candidate's merits on how well they can recite a smirking political monologue written by someone else. |
