I enjoy Melt Banana because I value energy and intensity in music very highly. Obviously it's not something I'd listen to if I'm trying to study or relax, but it is a style of music that I highly enjoy.

A lot of people seem to think noise fans just pretend to like noise music to be nonconformist and hip, but I legitimately enjoy it and it gets my adrenaline pumping in probably a similar way to Peter Jones listening to System of a Down or Theldorrin doing advanced calculus.

Also I like that the girl sounds like a little puppy when she sings.
