That Russian dude's name has about fifty million different translations. I've seen about three fansubs versions, the FUNimation version and the French manga version as well as Gaarn. They range from Garland, to Galeyn to Garglajfjhfsaljk and so forth. I'll call him Big Russian.

Big Russian is quite possibly the biggest Baki character ever introduced, and there are plenty of candidates. He dug a giant crater in a layer permafrost Siberian soil using only pickaxes, shovels and his hands. Then they jobbed him to Sikorsky who sucks.
