Theldorrin, I know one of the reasons you don't want us to HANG OUT is that you think it will ruin some MYSTIQUE and we won't be able to ignore that we are people behind these monitors. I can't speak for everyone, but I haven't had any problem separating internet from reality with Magic Juan and Spamdini. They've both got qualities like their internet selves, but I absolutely do not SEE either of them when I read stuff they posted or talk to them on AIM, unless I make an effort to.

Well, they CAN be alright, but flash is fucking unforgiveable.

A photograph is something that should be well-planned and very carefully executed, and should reflect a sense of heightened reality. Pictures last FOREVER!

My friend Lyle somehow takes the most ghastly fucking pictures of me ever, and I want to smash his faggot ass camera every time I see him. I don't photograph well, but he really elevates everything bad about pictures of me.

Black and white is the way to go.

I was planning on dressing up like Hamlet this year and going to this old haunted mansion and taking black and white pictures of myself brooding, because now I'm 30, like Hamlet!

But I don't really have the INFRASTRUCTURE for that.

I'm very aware of the passage of time, as well. Most notably in how people age. You can really see this in celebrities that have been around for many years - how much older they look now in this movie compared to this movie made not that long ago. Of course, some people age worse than others.

This doesn't really apply to me since I still look very youthful. I hope it stays that way!
