I really don't understand how he's going to end the prisoner arc in two books. Either a lot of people are going to die (impossible) or he's just going to throw in more unstoppable monsters.

It's kind of hilarious that they went back to that guy, but it's weird that they included it in the first place so I don't know.

MHH, you severely underestimate the author. If he were to release a chapter where Doppo is crossing the street and he turned to liquid after a semi-truck collides with him, and that was Doppo's death, I'd believe it.

Nothing has to make sense, and the prisoners don't even have to lose/die by people worthy of beating them. Some random jobber Baki beat in volume 2 of the original series could come up and do it. Whatever the author wants.

I've read the RAWs but I don't remember much of what happened, but even dividing this shit up in arcs doesn't make much sense. There's very little focus within the story, just people get introduced and then they fight other people.

The guy that Sikorsky whipped in book 1 was a character in the original series. He's a giant Russian wrestler who actually took down Hanayama. HE then proceeded to wrestle a 40-foot anaconda to death before Jack Hammer bit off his fingers and practically murdered him.
