Actually he was probably the strongest outside of the Vegeta family. His power level was almost 10,000 I believe

Nappas was only 4,000 and he was an elite fighter. WHile he probably could raise it (he does this, even though apparantly Raditz couldnt), he probably couldt raise it higher than 7,000

Technically all Saiyans have virtually unlimited potential because of the special ability where their strength doubles everytime they recover from near death. Of course Toriyama forgot about this shit later one which was why no one though of nearly murdering Gohan over and over again.

No, Vegetas was 18 thousand. When doing his planet destrying technique, he was AT LEAST 24,000

WHen Vegeta was big monkey, he was 180,000

Vegeta was stronger than his father, so that pretty much implies bardock was the strongest saiyajin outside the Vegeta family. Unless the Vegeta family were somehow weaklings

I think Vegeta was 14,000 when he comes to Earth but I could be super wrong. I only say that because I remember him being weaker than Kui and I THINK Kui was 16,000.

Either way, it's kind of retarded how the Saiyans didn't just constantly beat the shit out of each other and chill in those healing tanks.

Thats the dub. Gokus power level charged up was only 8,000 without use of kaiouken/kamehameha

Also, youre wrong rice. Kuis power level is never stated, except I think they said he was slightly stronger than Vegeta.
