I have to lose weight for DERRICK'S WEDDING in November.

We are having a CONTEST to see who can lose the most.

I have to lose 30 pounds. As of this morning, I've lost 7 since December (it was like 4.5 yesterday, by the way - intraday weight fluctuations are ridiculous).

So, 23 pounds to go.

But that's only 10 kilograms, so I think I'm going to try and lose kilograms instead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris, are you doing anything different other than exercising? I know your eating habits were very unhealthy but actually, with a good exercise regimen, it's good to fast some times to boost your metabolism!
