I like how Jennings reacts to the computer's instant ring in time even though he's jamming the button down before he even knows the answer.


The system is still unable to really think about anything. It just retrieves obvious stats like "seconds largest city in New Zealand". It's shocking that it couldn't cross reference fucking O'hare and Midway International Airports though.

I haven't watched any of these episodes but buzzer control is an extremely problematic thing for me to imagine for a robotic Jeopardy! contestant. Part of Ken's awful power back in the day was his DEADLY buzzer reflexes. Maybe that was just a consequence of him being a trivia monster who knew his odds of ringing in and knowing an answer were better than his odds of ringing in and getting stumped... Geez, I'd really like to watch his run again!

The hilarious thing about Watson getting the O'Hare question wrong is that it asked for a U.S. city and Watson said Toronto.
