I like to know the real risk of things so I'm not in a constant fear all the time! Its like people who are so annoyingly freaked out about expirations dates, as if it passes a day, they will die if they eat it. It seems trivial, but all this turns us into a generation of scared children, filled with incorrect information.

You and Chris have both indicated that you believe this would surprise most men and make them less worried about catching HIV from unprotected vaginal sex. I think that is a larger misconception (that the risk is low) than guys thinking there is a GOOD chance of catching it. It doesn't mean shit to me if most men think it must be 1 in 5 or 1 in 10 or 1 in 2. I don't THINK people should be able to intuitively generate realistic odds for something like this, and I certainly don't think they should be able to gauge the risk of it in a reasonable way. If you think it is analogous to getting an amazing hand in poker or drinking milk a week after the expiry date, you are not demonstrating any appreciable understanding the situation.

If there is anything that does not characterize any fucking generation in the world, it is "Their sexual habits are too scrupulously safe." Like I said, you want to fit HIV into some retarded personal philosophy (people are too scared of stuff, don't trust authority!!!) and it doesn't fit and you're stupid.

I bet in reality that guy was just an embittered former close associate of Steven out for revenge, and the story he's recounting actually involved Steven yelling "That's the Dalai Lama, you cunt!" before snapping a female assassin's neck after thwarting her attempt on the Dalai Lama's life.

There's some story about Steven Seagal working with a stunt double when he claimed that it was impossible to put him in a choke hold. The stunt double then proceeded to put him in a choke hold, then after Seagal said it was because he hadn't centered his ki. So he does it again and Seagal passes out and shits his pants, then throws the stunt double out of the studio and says if he told anyone he'd never work in Hollywood again.

I don't even know what MADali is talking about, I understand the mathematical risks of HIV when I learned about it, all statistics cited. I still wear a condom to be safe, because that makes sense. MADali is just mad that there are stupid people in the world who believe that you get AIDS instantly from touching an infected person, and who also believes that Iran is a horrible tyranny.
