Firstly, secret questions should always have a customizable option. Secondly, if it's a way to bypass entering in your password, then it should be entirely optional. If you don't have it, then you can't bypass your password with it.

In the case of the Revenue Canada thing, it'd allow me to put in answers that are relevant to me, rather than saying what the name of my first pet dog was, or my sister's husband.

One bad thing about password questions is generally the person that wants access to your account is someone that knows you. So they could quite easily know your mother's maiden name, for example.

The only things that bother me are websites that automatically resize your browser window (Theldorrin showed me how to remove that annoyance forever so w/e) and Canadian government sites that have French instructions before English instructions. Yeah, I'm talking about you Service Canada!

But that's more of a societal thing so it's also a w/e.

My biggest pet peeve is flash ads where a HUMAN VOICE SPEAKS TO YOU. It's creepy and wrong. And I don't want to join Adult Friend Finder, Amber. Quit asking!

Lyrics websites are a nightmare. Sometimes I'll click through several pages of google results on the chance that I can find somebody's fan page for the band.
