I think one of the biggest reasons why SF4 is a failure because the female character designs annihilates any chance of respectability of casual passerby's.

I mean, jerking off to Cammy was already juvenile back in high school. You'd think Capcom might not have went with the typically fan-tarded JAP methodology of character designs that began with Cammy. But I guess a boardroom full of rich producers isn't exactly ground zero for respectability.

Speaking of which, apparently R. Mika is one of the 7 new characters going to be added to the arcade version of SSFIV according to rumors.

The other six are Rolento, Charlie, Elena, Alex, Hugo, and Q (FUCK YEAH). That would put my top 3 favorite 3rd Strikers into SSFIV.
