The Contra guy is so unstoppable. The Castlevania guy fucking sucks! It's been a while since I've played the original Castlevania so I forgot how much of a nightmare something as simple as JUMPING can be.

Yeah, Chris is slow, etc., but it IS ridiculous that there hasn't yet been a thread about the unfathomable greatness of this game.

The Contra guy dominates in most situations, but I've found that the castle levels are pretty much impossible with anyone other than Mario, just because none of the others can run.
