The latter sounds like a pretty intelligent decision to me. Why not
trade one night's work for a year's salary, as long as both partners
are OK with it? They could use it as a down payment for their house,
or for their kids' college fund, or whatever.

I don't really trust anyone--absolutely, that is. There's no point
trusting anyone absolutely, since everyone makes missteps and people
are essentially selfish animals. But I do believe that a (very) few
select people care enough about me to act in my best interests, overall

I was having this discussion with some friends - what is the least remuneration you would demand to be assfucked? There are obviously several parameters to consider. If it's not guaranteed to be kept secret, that's worth several times more. If there's no condom, or if the client hasn't proven he's disease free, that's also worth much more. The possibility of injury or pain also has a role.

I don't want to say mine because I don't want to influence anybody else (and also because betraying your price is bad for negotiations), but I will say if the guy is clean then it's no problem for him to come in my ass, because life is hard and people deserve to be happy if that makes such a difference to him.
