| Supposedly in the very early days of film they made a movie where at the end, a cowboy points a gun at the audience and shoots, and everybody jumped because it was like someone was killing them. If they saw this shit I guess their heads would explode. |

I was won over by the first scene where the 3D was beyond amazing (when the marines all wake from their sleep), and even if it never maintained that level of visual depth, it made up for it with the stunning CGI work.
I may regret saying this at some later point, but I imagine this must have been what it was like to first see Star Wars back in '77. |
