I've decided that the foxit toolbar is the most grating thing about that. It won out over using the gmail website by a hair.

It's great that Chris used the word workflow.

When I create software, I'm always getting pushed into things that are prettier but less functional, and it's by the people who won't actually use the software. Why is it that managers can't understand that if a person is doing something 1000 times then being able to do it all via typing and keyboard shortcuts is extremely important?
