Thanks god. This is probably the worst movie I've seen in a while. The previews you see for the movie are probably the best part. You're better off not watching this in the theater or for rent.

Yeah, when the thing you were once interested in, that was all yours, turns into a following for hordes of Internet faggots and then Roland Emmerich makes a movie about it, that's it.

It happened so fast, too!

It just blew up, all of a sudden.

Back in 1995 I was like the only person I knew of who had even heard of the 2012 thing. As recently as two years ago I was proselytizing about it to people who were like, "huh?"

I'm tired of this bullshit happening with everything I'm into.

2012 is dead to me.

If the world dies in 2012 it would pretty much be perfect since you'd want the world to end on a completely insane note and this played out Mysteries of the Da Vinci Code style apocalypse would be hard to beat for that.

I guess the only thing close would be if the Left Behind book series happened.
