It is by the same people who made Baldur's Gate, KOTOR, and Mass Effect. There is also sex and they claim that your choices on things have real consequences on the game (which has been claimed in many games, only to be not that true) and its potential sequels.

You can get Modern Warfare 2 and play a level as terrorists where you kill several hundred civilians in a Russian airport.

This game is a lot of fun. I got it for the Wii and I like the way they used the wii-mote functionality (Jacking off dragons, fishing mini-game, tennis mini-game, jacking off ogres). These are the cheats I know:
Draw circle with wii-mote: God mode
Draw X with wii-mote: No clipping
A, B, draw triangle with wii-mote: Infinite dragon stones

My friend said there's a code to get the Portal gun but I think he made that up.
