tl;dr: girl posts pictures of her barely-alive baby born without most of her brain on a photo blog, SA people make fun of it, track down the baby's father (the girl talks about raising the baby by herself), decide the guy is a douchebag and attempt to make his life miserable, guy reports Lowtax to the FBI (even though he didn't really do anything).
The FBI people were apparently pretty cool about it, and told them they have to investigate everything since 9/11 happened, even if someone says they dreamed about something.
Lowtax also had to explain why his whiteboard in the office had 'Department of Justice' written on it. I guess he's writing a skit about a place called the Department of Just Ice, which is a store that sells... only ice. lol
