I say "Asian" not because Oriental is offensive but simply because "Oriental" is a nonsensical word.

Just as "Indian" shouldn't be used for Native Americans, not because of gay reasons, but because they are factually not Indians.

When someone says Asian I assume they're talking about brown people.

Oriental is code for 'people with an epicanthic fold that are not Inuit'.

Native American is pretty silly, because it's ambiguous when used at the start of the sentence.

Why are Canadians such dumb shits about the word "Eskimo?" It's a better word than Inuit when you're referring to Aleuts or Yupiks who are not goddamn Inuits and I know I've told you this before when you started talking that trash. Why would "Eaters of raw meat" even be offensive? Eskimos eat raw meat all the time.

Also you must be extremely bewildered by use of the word "Asian" considering it is almost always used in reference to ching chongs yet you persist in assuming it's something else. India has its own subcontinent, it is the least logical country to assign the word "Asian." Why are you such an IDIOT?

I get a secret thrill when I hear or see Native Americans referred to as "American Indians." I don't know why! Canada is right about their word for that anyway, "aboriginal" or "native" is a lot better than "Native Canadian" or anything stupid like that.
