Bajofondo (formerly known as Bajofondo Tango Club) is a good choice. There's also John Coltrane, Yngwie Malmsteen, Steve Hackett, King Crimson and just about any classical composer out there. You have to be more specific! Did you want just instrumental music or were you looking for instrumental rock or something?

I listen to some classical and such but yeah I was mostly looking towards instrumental metal. I knew I should have been more specific but I didnt want to edit or post again.

It's hard finding a band that focuses only -or mostly- on instrumental metal, but you could listen to Avantasia and Yngwie Malmsteen. When it comes down to individual songs, here's some you could get:

1776 - Iced Earth
Wayfaerer - In Flames
Orion and Call of Ktulu - Metallica
Wheels of Confusion - Black Sabbath
Triptych - Siam Shade
Genghis Khan - Iron Maiden
Liar Flags - Runic
