I think they did a okay job with the ending. I can see why they didnt use the giant space squid. Also the explanation on how the space squid killed new york is kind of retarted. Also Silk specter was less annoying in the movie than in the comic. that actress did a god job with what she had to work with.

I loved it. I read the comic when I first saw the trailer, and I think they did a damn good job. I agree that Laurie was much more tolerable in the movie than in the comic. The only thing that could have made it better would be to add more sex. Lots more sex. In fact, someone really needs to make a porn version of this, just like they did with Pirates of the Caribbean. I would totally buy it.

I cheered the first time John's penis came on screen. Laurie is a retarded bitch. How could you leave a man who would split himself into three, two to fuck you and the other to work? How is that not the perfect relationship?!

But 1. I don't like slick action for slick action's sake, and 2. It's an affront to Watchmen to make it so stylish.

I dont know if I would call the action slick. Slick is like what they do in the bourn movies this was almost like a tony jaa movie with wires. Also the style of the movie is right out of the book and they never went too over the top. The whole Movie felt like Watchmen.[/b]
