I've been to Florida and I don't mind lizards.

Animals aren't really a problem when they're outside. And lizards are probably cleaner than mice.

Get a job and get about $10,000 into your account. Hold it up for at least a year and get a solid tax return.

Credit is dead at the moment; which I found out today. Buying a house is more challenging than I thought because of the credit crisis. Right now, it's all about the bank account.

Florida is an awful place to raise a family, but it's really the best to be a rich bachelor in the country.
