I managed to copy some of my more important PS2 game saves to an SD card. It wouldn't let me do that with the PS3 saves, though. I also lost my DOWNLOADED games. puzzle fighterrrrrrrrrrrr

For most games you can download saves. I imagine since you already beat Valkyria Chronicles you'd be set.
