Hardcore racists of the CAN'T-ADMIT-IT-TO-THEMSELVES variety believe that BARACK OBAMA IS NOT ELLIGIBLE TO BE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES BECAUSE HE IS NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. I have done personal research and concluded that this is never going to fly in court. All the Constitution states is that a president must be a Natural Born Citizen and be a citizen for 14 years or more. The phrase "Natural Born Citizen" is not defined and does not appear anywhere else in the constitution, and therefor must be assumed to mean "born on U.S. soil" and nothing further.

So, all Obama has to do is produce something that looks like an official document stating he was born in Hawaii, which he has already done. People who are saying that his being born with dual citizenship or his his father not being an American citizen and his mother being under the age of nineteen have any bearing in this are completely wrong. The Constitution does not define the phrase "Natural Born Citizen," so it therefor must be assumed that it simply means somebody who is born on United States soil. Maternal and Paternal relationships mean nothing. Dual citizenship means nothing.

Interestingly, many believe he is witholding his college documents because they would show that he applied for financial aid for FOREIGN STUDENTS while at Harvard. Technically, as long as he did this more than fourteen years ago, it does not tarnish his legal elligibility to be president in any way. Perhaps he is hiding these documents because he knows the average American citizen will not understand this situation with the legal clarity that the courts will.

In any event, Barack Obama is clearly the only person crafty enough to get financial aid for foreign students at a United States college and then become president of the United States, all while tip-toeing around anything legally fraudulent.
