Wait, that Blondie song The Tide is High is pretty cool but not sure if it's falls under what is generally considered white reggae.

I go through a bottle of Glenlivet probably in three days if I'm not careful.

I mainly just stick to promethazine and codeine mixed with Sprite and jolly ranchers.

Sake has more in common with beer than liquors and wines.

Red Red Wine is not an "80's song."

Geez.

Though to be honest I've never actually heard the original version from the 60's.

No because the rice has to be fermented.

It's sort of like "rice wine" is how i heard it described. Like Servbot says, the rice is fermented and distilled and not brewed.

No I think it's Soju that's fermented and distilled, not Sake.

Furthermore, lol at "Red Red Wine" being a white reggae song, it was first sung by Neil Diamond and then covered by a literal Jamaican reggae guy, then UB40 had their #1 hit with it.

I'm pretty sure "The Tide is High" was an actual reggae song before Blondie got to it.

People used to make sake by chewing on rice and spitting it into a bowl and letting it ferment!
