Who the hell is Gigatron? I know of Megatron and Galvatron, but Gigatron? Is he a fusion of Gigabyte from ReBoot and another robot?

He's only the greatest Predacon leader ever! Yeah, his name lacks the sexiness of a Megatron or Galvatron but he could transform into a hand. So there's that.

Transforming into a hand doesn't seem particularly powerful. Did he transform into a hand and hold Megatron while he was transformed into a gun?

I'm pretty sure Gigatron could test a ruby just by looking at it with his internal ruby testing optic sensors. To think a transformer could have such a useless transformation as that of ruby tester is just plain silly.
