A PunkAsss post that really made me laugh was when, in 2001, he described a fear that everyone who called him funny was either humoring him or in on some joke to falsely inflate his ego.

I've tried to reuse his phrasing in real life but it just comes off like feeling sorry for myself.

There was an AIM conversation he posted a long time ago with an alleged actual an gay guy that was pretty funny. It went something like this:

PunkAsss (4:20): So, you're a homosexual, huh?
PunkAsss (4:20): HAVE I STRUCK A NERVE?
PunkAsss (4:20): I can hold up a conversation without using the term "alternative lifestyle" you know.
PunkAsss (4:20): Unless you count that time, but you can't because it's in quotation marks.
PunkAsss (4:21): So, how's your "alternative lifestyle" going?

When Punkasss replied to Fear and Loathing in Fagtown USA, he said something like "Yogurtman is a prophet, sent by Allah to increase the heterosexuality of the planet Earth", and that was my favorite post for a long time.
