When it's in pieces though, jesus. Fucking, popping veins and tendons, greasiness, little globs of fat and cartilage and shit. Man.

Don't get me wrong, 40% of a piece of fried chicken is really good and tasty and has a taste that nuggety-type chicken can't compare to, but the 60% of the time when you're avoiding this or that, or slowly exploring the piece to find a non-sketchy part to bite into, or pulling little bits of things out of your mouth is a nightmare. You spend more time fighting fires than actually eating!
