The thing is, this won't really be the "third" Batman movie, so you can't go by any pattern.

In fact, counting Batman movies is now kind of a matter of interpretation.

Anyway, following box office stuff is stupid in the way that following sports is stupid. In that, yes, it's stupid, but whatever. It can nonetheless be imbued with artificial excitement.
