To answer your post Theldorrin, only people from the "Deep south" (which is only 5 or 6 states) can be particularly polite, and probably at no higher a ratio than anywhere else

The rest of the south (such as Texas and North Carolina) is subtly yet probably an exceptionally rude place.

But my opinions are insane and have no basis in reality so ask Mike or Rice or something
