At this point I'm much less bothered by modern art (of which I know nothing) than I am by the gazillion retards in the world who also know nothing of modern art but read a blurb about Christo in the Coffee Times and triumphantly talk about how modern art is TOTALLY BOGUS and my stupid kid can draw better than that Jackson Pollock!

The link is down but I assume it's the same one that happened months or years ago. I hate to say it, but the stance that this is a depraved act by a sick retard who knows that unusual = $$$ is facile. The point is that many animals as well as actual humans starve to death constantly because of the inaction of the sort of people who visit art galleries, which is incidentally exactly what killed the dog (if I remember, patrons weren't restricted from feeding the dog).

A few of the reader comments (including some in broken English, maybe Hondurans??) claimed that dogs run wild in Latin America and generally aren't regarded the way CIVILIZED PEOPLE see dogs.
