It's not like I would refuse to recycle. If there are separate receptacles for recycling in public places, I adhere to their suggestions.

But I certainly don't care enough to do it at home. I don't need a bunch of bags of cans and plastic jugs sitting around waiting to be driven to where ever!

Outland I was born a monster. I was over 24 inches long and 10lbs so I have always been strong. But I would suggest free weights and running. My bow flex kicks ass and now I don’t have to go to the GYM and have gay dudes looking at my junk in the locker room.

My wife has all the diffent bins and crap and I catch hell if I put a can in the paper one.

Even in the uncivilized, brutal South, we have recycling bins at most grocery stores, so you can just bring the stuff with you when you go buy food.

Also, rich white people don't recycle.

Connecticut has recycling pick-up with garbage pick-up.

It's interesting that states with TRASHY PEOPLE also have TRASHY INFRASTRUCTURE.

We have a dark grey trash can for TRASH and a blue trash can for RECYCLIN. Newspapers aren't allowed in the recycling can, we're supposed to drive to the recycling center and drop them off there. Sometimes i'll fill up a plastic bottle with water and put it in the can, as a "joke".

Yes, we have recycling pickup service as well, although it's possible you have to pay for it.

As far as I can tell, there is no recycling pick up here at all. Do you mean that people actually go to your house and pick up recycling, like there's a separate container to wheel out to the end of the driveway?

There's definitely nothing like that here at the apartments since all the trash gets picked up at the communal dumpsters, but I don't even think there's anything like that where my parents live either (suburbs).

Kansas City is kind of backward in a lot of ways, so I guess it's no surprise that everywhere else has this kind of service and we don't. We don't even have public transportation, really. I think there's a bus line but the system is nowhere near as funded or utilized as in other cities I've been to. Whenever I see a bus go by, it's almost always near empty.
