It appears that Obama will win the nomination but I can see him losing the general.

I just don't think the Republican party spending the past 8 years fully united in unabashed evil is enough to make people vote against them in large numbers.

Maybe I'm up there with Frank on a flying saucer, but I wonder if the whole "the Republican party HATES John McCain!!!" buzz is a calculated move to sway independents who are like "I'm a big retard, but I'm not a big enough retard to vote for another George W. Bush!"

I mean, I know he splits from them on a bunch of issues, but could you imagine?

McCain is so lame and unappealing. He has this little puppy dog expression in his eyes.

Meanwhile, Obama and Hillary have been MILKING IT for media attention with their constant jabs at eachother. And then they tied it all up perfectly at the last debate when somebody asked them if they'd run together, and they started making out, and Hillary's nipples became erect, which identified her as more feminine to the female voting bloc.

Yeah, I would be beside myself if Obama didn't turn out to be our next president. But then again, I'm in my early twenties and college, so I might have a skewed vision of the LIBERALITY of the entire nation.

If McCain wins, I'm going to start running around telling strangers to join Al Queada with me until somebody puts me in a mental institution.
