Yeah, save homicide, crime is comparable to the world average in this nation

Its just having all these people in prison, drug addiction depression insanity broken families etc. that the US is having problems with

I am not sure if we should DE-CRIMINIALIZE drugs, but at least de-criminalize marijuana

Also, drug penalties should be re-adjusted to their danger, instead of OTHER CONSPICUOUS CORRELATIONS (ie cocaine is a rich mans drug, crack a poor man's, thus crack carries harsher penalties)
