The prospect of a wise cracking omg she's so weird protagonist is slightly off-putting, but this movie is incredibly charming and I can't help but like it a lot.

There could've been more Michael Cera though.

I saw this last night and it was great but I hate Michael Cera and Superbad for causing the theatre to be filled with tons of little high school shits. One kid behind had to repeat every funny line as if he were in disbelief that the character on screen actually uttered it.

Good taste in video games.

The part in single player where you have to shoot down 300 russians while you wait for a rescue chopper reminds me why I hate anything made or even losely associated with Activision trash.

Suddenly Call of Duty has become a respected franchise as developers realized that people are essentially fucking retarded and you only need to create an illusion of realism, not simulate it.

The game does NOTHING to simulate reality. NOTHING. The weapons are for game balance and "coolness factor", not realism. THAT'S BEEN THE TRADEMARK OF THE ENTIRE SERIES. SUDDENLY IT'S GOOD? Wow, turn down your graphic settings and you won't even notice a difference in gameplay since the first Call of Duty for the Playstation 1.

The single player is an exercise in intelligence insulting. It makes me ashamed to be a human FUCKING being when people say this is a stellar game with an "incredibe" singler player.

Every weapon (sans shotguns) has perfect 0 spread when sighted. Tip of the sight is where the bullet will go.

ASSAULT - All have a range of 1500-2000. When silenced, the range becomes 750-1500.
After 1500 range, damage gradually drops to the second number and continues on after 2000 at that lower value.

The Stopping Power and Sonic Boom Perks use a simple formula.
New Damage = damage multiplied by (100+damage) divided by 100
40 damage added to 100. 140 divided by 100. 1.4 is multiplied to the original damage, leading to the new enhanced damage.

30 x 1.3 increases it to 39
40 x 1.4 increases it to 56
50 x 1.5 increases it to 75

The higher the initial damage, the greater the effect.

Juggernaut decreases damage from bullets and explosions. Damage is decreased to 75%. In another sense, you have 135 health.
Juggernaut cancels out Stopping Power and Sonic Boom as well - no increased damage, no reduced damage.

Some notes:
- Distance units are something resembling inches.
- The G36C is clearly worse than the M4 in every way possible - though that's not what the stats chart say
- Hardcore mode reduces player health to 30, Old School increases it to 200.
- There was an AW50 weapon that was supposed to deal 100 damage per shot, but it was not included.
- Maximum shot travel distance for any bullet in the game is about 350 m.

This movie sucks because the dialogue sucks (Rain Wilson at the beginning, Juno throughout, the blue collar father saying he'll punch Michael Cera in the weiner), and also the acting sucks (basically just Juno but I guess I should come out and say I straight up don't like Michael Cera). I guess it would be pretty good if you rewrote the dialogue and let a talented actress remotely animate Kitty Pryde's body and voice like a puppet.

That was harsh. It just wasn't especially good, is all.

Also, Call Of Duty 4 is fucking balls to the wall. I had to throw out Soldier Of Fortune 2 to make room for it in my beer-shaped cabinet.
