Holy fucking shit does anyone know of a WORKING, COMPETENT ARCADE EMULATOR THAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY SUCCESSFULLY USING AT THE MOMENT?
Mame is unbelievably fucking retarded. It refuses to work with a USB controller BECAUSE THERE IS SIMPLY NO WAY FOR YOU ACTIVATE USB CONTROLLER INPUT. The older version, refuse to work with the hot new roms like the 1999 Do Don Pachi or King of Fighters 2000.
Their website is incredibly fucking stupid and doesn't even talk about the same fucking program in their FAQs (GO EDIT A FILE THAT DOESN'T EVEN EXIST!).
HELP.

Problem is that the new version of mame doesn't even have options anymore. It's all in-game or config file settings. As soon as you start up mame it immediately opens a rom.
There's only a few people on this board that are capable of tech support, and Bladtman isn't one of the ones I know. |
