There are a ridiculous number of people that go bankrupt or are in massive debt due to this health system. The average amount of medical debt is something like 10 grand! That's coming mostly from people with health care, by the way.

There is no way that is okay, especially if you are poor and probably will get dicked the hardest because your job probably won't provide jack. Even if it did, I doubt a poor person could reasonably afford anything other than the most basic of treatments. So yes, our health care system is a major problem, you dumb fuck.

The health care system in Canada is vastly underfunded. The reason for that is Americanism, though. It's the same reason that marijuana isn't legal in Canada, for instance.
