I'm hitting 170lbs these days. It could be fat, it could be muscle, but my jeans are still size 32.

It's hard because men generally accumulate fat in that region.

Just a few inches up from 30 will drastically increase your chance of contracting diabetes.

Also, people don't really wear pants up on their waist anymore, because of fashion or something.

On the last day of my college gym class this semester my body fat was measured at like 8% and I'm still a 31 or a 32. I can't exercise my hip bones off!
