Had a cat die about a couple of months back and I just buried a chicken today.

I found the chicken dead today. His leg was broke a while back and it did not heal. I had to dig a grave for him.

No pets for me, but I did learn my Current Animal Status by taking one of those ancestry tests last year.

Based on percentage, looks like somebody on my mom's side burned some pure West African coal 7 generations ago. West African, early to mid 1800s in the US, that kinda points to my great-great-great-great grandparent being somebody's pet!
