Apparently skill testing questions are too hard for a lot of people.

This is worse than people who are confused about 0.999... being equal to 1.

Why are we supposed to assume that 48/2 should be lumped into parentheses? I look at this and I do 9+3 first, then multiply by two, etc etc.

If it's supposed to be (48/2)(9+3) then that's retarded and should be written out differently!

There should be no more remarks about whether the parentheses should be evaluated first, since to do otherwise is insanity, and the issue comes later in the evaluation.
