Just finished 30 Rock season 1 and the show drastically fell off after the first few episodes, is season 2 any better?

they need to put classic anime on stream too not just the new bullshit if I had all the eps of DBZ Cowboy Bebop and Berserk on tap I'd never need anything else

also I don't know if this is on Netflix or not but Unthinkable is a very good Sam Jackson movie that hardly anyone else has seen or heard of!

I think 30 Rock is still a pretty enjoyable show even if it's not always funny.

Apparently, the show has a reputation as being hit-or-miss in a couple of seasons but I've never really felt that way so w/e @ my opinions I guess.

If you think the quality of 30 Rock dropped off drastically after the first few episodes, you probably aren't going to start liking it more further on. I love it but I don't think it ever really gets back to the sort of stuff they did in the first episodes.

maybe saying it fell off drastically was too much but Tracy Morgan's dance on the Conan show was probably the hardest I've laughed in awhile (well that and Alec Baldwin's commercial reshoots), and pretty soon after that the whole Tina Fey boyfriend subplot started which I never cared about

30 Rock just has the problem that a lot of comedy has, in that it doesn't do enough that's different from what it has done before. So it gets a bit stale, and feels more hit-or-miss. I am sure even Arrested Development would have gotten that way if it had been given a chance.

I used to love How I Met Your Mother, but it is often too much of the same and I am bored with how it depends too much on devices (like catch phrases or the use of lists). The current best live-action comedies, in my opinion, are either too young to be that way (Community or Louis), or are so insane/seasons-so-short that they remain awesome (Always Sunny).

This movie blows. I actually couldn't sit through the entire thing it was so repugnant and stupid. I guess it's supposed to be tounge in cheek or whatever but it's just retarded and the actor that seems to get the most screentime is a deformed retard whose special effects makeup looks like he put his face into a cake and speaks in a totally unacceptable voice. I guess the movie gets some kind of bizarre mongolian version of credit for showing an actual closeup of some gross skank's vagina being rooted around with a coat hanger.

This is the same thing as Kung Pow where some dopey asian movie was dubbed over. Shockingly it's actually pretty funny even if some of the gags are stupid since I think this came out in the 80s or even late 70s. Thumbs up!

This movie is exactly as bad as it looked in previews and fits the jokes any hack comedian could come up with about what would be present in a Tim Burton retelling of Alice in Wonderland. It's not even visually very interesting as everything has this crappy plastic super over CGed look to it. Probably identical to that Charlie and the Chocolate Factory remake a few years ago.

I wasn't expecting much but this movie actually isn't too bad as it stays decently interesting throughout. I guess it's inevitable that there would be some scumbag guys to act as foils in a movie about a girl who has shark teeth in her vagina but this movie does seem to have the message that "all men are rapists or otherwise pieces of shit." Still, it's entertaining.

This is a claymation movie about the penpal friendship between a little girl and an old guy with asperger's syndrome. It's actually extremely good in ways I would never have imagined when I decided to watch it on a whim. I highly recommend this movie.

Hilarious! Sarcastic British science show where everything is wrong and insane. I liked the part where they suffocated the Intelligent Calcium. I would give it five stars, but it seemed less funny to me when I showed it to someone else. Rated four stars.

A fake fishing show starring some guy and his celebrity guests. I watched this years ago and it was awesome. It was not as good this time. Rated three stars but maybe I just need to watch more.
