No, the oral form of herpes on your genitals is not the same thing as genital herpes. Genital herpes is a much more serious condition, but yeah it sucks about oral sex. I'm pretty paranoid about it, but only because I get cold sores a lot when I'm at school because of allergies or something.

I sympathize with people not wanting to get cold sores, but not after a point, and that point is them being shrieking stupid bitches about it.
