I don't have cable, it's too expensive.

But I've been following a THREAD on EX's message board which is basically Kai Uncensored.

It's cute because everyone keeps saying "you should start a website! Seriously, start a website!" They're all "Chris Psaros" this and "Chris Psaros" that, and I'm like *smiles @ da komputr*.

From all that I've read, it seems that the editing is actually more severe this time around, BUT they're doing it more tastefully and smart this time. For example, they can't say kill or die in the context of someone actually dying, but there's no "SENT TO THE NEXT DIMENSION." Now they just say "he's gone" or whatever. They even showed Raditz, Goku, and Yamucha's corpses. So they get around the rule they have to follow, but not in some gay, stupid hypernoticeable way.

Also, the writing and acting is so, so, so much better in Kai. It's not full of retarded humor and shit. They're following the Japanese script closely.

And they recast Freeza!!!! It's going to be a man!

It kind of bugs me that Bulma's VA voices Gohan now. But yeah, I agree the dub is very watchable. And all the filler is cut out!

Oh, I just watched that video. Apparently Bulma and Gohan are voiced by different actresses. But Gohan sounds like Bulma now.

I've watched some more, and they DO say die sometimes.

It seems to be random.

I think they can say it whenever there's not a body onscreen??? I dunno lol.

But this is fucking amazing. I have not cringed a single time at this dub. It literally just sounds like they took the Japanese script, translated it, and dubbed it in English.
