ok, the deal with sex is, aren't you supposed to have sex with someone thats actually good looking (or something rather)?

In no culture is the AVERAGE person good looking. There are places that cum close to is (such as Italy Japan or Korea), but then there are cultures where everyone is ugly (the USA)

Why are the ugly people having so many babies with other ugly people? Thats my question

Also Italy is a very vain and superficial country so everyone is well-dressed and most of the women are skinnier than they're meant to be.

Women in Italy are inclined to put appearance before health and comfort, yes.

The biggest factor is age. 14-40 is the prime, but only in extreme cases.

I guess on average its more like 18-35, and people often stop taking care of themselves once their secure with a partner
