That wasn't exactly straightforward. It's SERU. And people were continuing to ask for him to be banned afterwards, so I assumed it hadn't happened.

If you were in chat more often, Morgan, you'd know that Seru is constantly banning people. I had him ban Clotho from the chat, for example. That sort of thing isn't as reliable as the forum, though.

Wasn't he banned before, but then became unbanned for some inexplicable reason?

The fact that he wasn't constantly banned to begin with was very discouraging to me.

I'm not sure how he became unbanned. Maybe he was too annoying and someone unbanned him, or his IP/hostmask changed, or maybe the server just deleted it after a week or so.

Yeah, I think Peter and Yogurtman don't ban anyone, but do do a lot of unbanning.

So whenever Chris whines about those two not doing anything he should keep that in mind.
