Magic Juan, the new Kanye album is mega gay and if you like it you are mega gay.

That said, "Paranoid" is an ok song.

Kanye is and always has been an immensely shitty and generic lyricist, and has only gotten worse with every album, and the new one seems to take away the only thing that was exceptional about him, his catchy beats.

My main gripes with Kanye as a lyricist are less that he is constantly bragging and reciting raps that make him sound like he's trying to keep it casual, and more that he's just sort of string of consciousness to begin with and that sometimes there is little depth to what he's saying because of it. Although, I have only once listened to the new album and it's hard to soak in if there's any actual heartbreak that can be genuinely conveyed via his mediocre lyrical delivery.
