Learning how to meditate is a fucking bitch

I would always read a book, practice it, and it would never work


Then I thought it was just superstition, but after reading these scientific JOURNALS (even skepdic) meditation is a legitimate healthy practice



I guess I could always join a temple, but trying to ask some thai monk how to meditate seems kind of awkward (maybe there are tour groups?)

I think what little meditation I did have has served to make more more isolated and detached from reality


This relates to trying to be like Piccolo

Has anyone else tried to learn the ART OF MEDITATION!??!
