This isn't annoying per se, but it's interesting how the word "deal" has become synonymous with "good deal."

Also, how about all those words for smell that generally become synonymous with "bad smell" when they didn't start out that way (even the word "smell" itself is going that direction). Stench is of course long gone, and there's no saving odor at this point.

I guess scent and aroma are safe for now.

Smell is about halfway there.

If someone went up to you and said, "You smell!" you'd assume it was a bad smell.

If someone said "You smell good," then that's fine. But yeah, something like "You have a good stench" will never be appealing.

Yeah, I have always regarded smell with negative connotations.

This has probably been mentioned before but people who use "You need to try this" are also annoying. Especially the ones that like to follow it up with "Have you tried it yet?".

I stopped working out because I got a girlfriend and this traumatized my brain and literally my sanity for several months.

Once I got broken out of the pattern, I was fucked.

I also ate like a pig for the past year and laid around a lot, because Lexy and I enjoy eating and lying around.

Anyway, I'm gettin' back on the horse now though.
