THat video just reminded me of how hot Japanese girls are
Yeah, Psaros will judge them by internet porn, but Japanese chicks are, ON AVERAGE, probably the most attractive ever |

To paraphrase Big Fagot, if dressed they have the same 1-10 scale as any other ethnicity, but when the clothes come off, the range goes from hideous up to tolerable. |

Japan is gay, Japanese is gay, Japanese people are gay, anime is gay, and anime music is gay.
But I will always have a soft spot for it all!
It will be part of me forever! |

Anime is slightly more respectable than one is led to believe!
I don't really even like anime that much and say that!
Also, Japanese food is the best |

Anime is absolutely not respectable or respected, and anime nerds are among the worst kind of nerds. |

Are you guys listing actual anime music, or just pop music that they use for opening and closing credits? |

Theyre kinda interchangeable
I mean, anime either uses music that matches the scenes artistically, or are actually good. Neither of which are truly going to be a hit in Japan.
2-mix, for instance, was reasonably popular but they weren't Cyndi Lauper
Oomori Kinuko was a famous singer, but I don't think "Bubblegum Crisists greatest hits" was her principle selling point |

Most of the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack is made up of songs that you can listen to in real life without seeming like a massive queer. |

ANime IS respectable dammit
When I am 45, I will eat the finest Japanese and French food off of fine China, I will keep company of manly gentleman and the most elegant and charming ladies, I will have wealth and power beyond any of your dreams, and I will still fucking watch a DBZ movie/special at least once a month |

Joe Hisaishi is fantastic.
The other stuff you linked just seems to be pop music. Do they even use the motifs from the opening and closing music in background music for the series? |

Whatever point you're making is probably correct, and I enjoy pop music. |

I think claiming opening or closing music as 'anime music' is like calling pop music that appears in a Hollywood film 'movie music'. |
