The Canadian charter has a lot of redundant freedoms delineated within it. Along with some that are completely irrational and broken (freedom of religion and freedom of the press).

Also, some of the tolerable freedoms are way too vague (freedom of expression).

Also, discrimination based on religion should be allowed in all cases, so long as you're only discriminating against them IF that person has a religion. Since otherwise you're stating that you can't discriminate against someone for anything they believe or do, which is beyond ridiculous.

Also, there they should outlaw genetic discrimination instead of racial or gender discrimination.
